What is APEX?
APEX is the specialist union representing over 6000 allied, scientific and technical health professionals across New Zealand in both the public and private sectors.

Your Collective Agreement
APEX negotiates over 50 collective agreements, from large multi-employer collective agreements covering the whole country to small single-employer agreements in private hospitals, laboratories, Te Whatu Ora, and private sector agencies and NGOs – APEX negotiates professin-specific agreements tailored to your workplace and your needs.
Collective bargaining through APEX gives you a stronger voice, expert representation and reduces the inherent power balance between you and your employer.
