Northland DHB rejects ERA recommendation to end Anaesthetic Technician dispute

Northland DHB has rejected the proposal put forth by the Employment Relations Authority (ERA) during facilitation with Anaesthetic Technicians represented by APEX.

Rotorua Anaesthetic Technicians Escalate Strike Action and Vote for 5-day Strike

Frustrated Lakes DHB Anaesthetic Technicians at Rotorua Hospital have now issued notice for an unprecedented a 5-day strike (120 hours of complete withdrawal of labour) from 8am on Monday the 18th of February until 8am on Saturday 23rd February.

Northland DHB Pharmacy Strike to go Ahead on 24 January 2019

Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians represented by APEX and employed by Northland DHB and based at Whangarei will take strike action tomorrow. The strike is due to frustration over not receiving any offer of settlement for their collective agreement from the DHB.

Rotorua Hospital Anaesthetic Technicians to Strike Tomorrow and Friday

Lakes DHB Anaesthetic Technicians at Rotorua Hospital will begin the first of two planned 24-hour strikes tomorrow, Wednesday 23 January at 8am. Mediation between the Anaesthetic Technicians and the DHB will begin on Thursday 24 January, followed by the second strike which is scheduled at 8am on Friday 25 January.
