Hawkes Bay Anaesthetic Technicians to strike for 48 hours

Anaesthetic Technicians (ATs) employed at Hawkes Bay District Health Board (HBDHB) have given notice of what will be their third strike in as many months. The strike will run 48 hours and is planned to start on the morning of Monday 17th December, running through to Wednesday 19th December.

Nelson-Marlborough Anaesthetic Technicians to strike

Anaesthetic Technicians employed by Nelson-Marlborough District Health Board (NMDHB) have issued notice for a 24-hour strike, planned to start on the morning of Wednesday 5th of December. The strike notice has been issued due to intense frustration at NMDHB’s failure to make any offer in settlement of their collective agreement since bargaining was initiated back in September 2017.

Waikato DHB Physiotherapists Strike

More than 50 Physiotherapists and Physiotherapy Assistants employed by Waikato DHB are set to commence strike action on 19 November at 7.00am. The strike is due to frustration over a failure by Waikato DHB to make any offer in settlement for their collective agreement despite having been in bargaining since April of this year.

Anaesthetic Technician Strike Action Escalates

Anaesthetic Technicians in Northland have notified the DHB of a two-day (48-hour) strike. The strike will begin at 7am on Wednesday 7 November and end at 7am on Friday 9 November.
